Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
All purchased prints are covered by Glassine paper and shipped flat in cardboard sheets to preserve shape.
All prints purchased through the Jane Dashley Art website are shipped via UPS Ground for domestic US and outer US states and territories. International shipping will be provided by DHL Express Worldwide to the countries where it provides services. Street address must be provided, no PO BOXES are allowed for delivery.
If you are unable to purchase an item from Jane Dashley Art due to the limitations of delivery areas by UPS or DHL, please contact support@janedashleyart.com. We may be able to use another service.
Both domestic and International shipments will include tracking and basic insurance coverage through the freight provider for the cost of purchase. Jane Dashley Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once order has been shipped. Once tracking is available, please follow up with carrier in regards to lost packages or deliveries potentially made tot the wrong location.
If you require a change of address once the package has been shipped we will do the best to accommodate you, however there will be an $18 fee to do so as required by the carrier. Additional fees and limitations may apply for international shipments.
Any and all claims for shipment damage upon receipt must be reported to Jane Dashley Art at support@janedashleyart.com within 7 days of delivery. A description and photo of damage must be provided.
Packages that are returned to Jane Dashley Art for any reason which you would like re-sent will incur an additional shipping fee.
International / Non-United States Residents - Any import fees, tariffs, taxes, or fees to be covered by the order purchaser or recipient based on their countries laws and requirements of your country.
All items are printed to order and will ship within 3.5 weeks of purchase date. Please refer to tracking number provided when shipped for shipment times and delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All prints are made to order and all sales are final. No returns or exchanges once item(s) and order is shipped unless received flawed or damaged. Any and all claims for flaws or damages must be reported to Jane Dashley Art at support@janedashleyart.com within 10 days of delivery. Any and all returns or exchanges must be reviewed and approved by Jane Dashley Art before any items or orders are returned.
